This year鈥檚 event will feature some popular demonstrations and activities from previous Science Saturdays, including a digital experience designed by Computer Science and Engineering students, and pig dissections being conducted by representatives of the Biology Department.
鈥淜ids can put on gloves and explore actual anatomy if they want,鈥 Heinrich said. 鈥淔or some that might be too gross, but others get really excited.鈥

Heinrich says that Science Saturday is geared mostly for children under the age of twelve.
鈥淚鈥檓 going to be bringing my two-year-old,鈥 Heinrich said, 鈥渁nd I think there are some things that he will be excited to do.鈥
