Cru Work Skills Program
The Cru Work Skills Program (CWSP) was established in the Fall of 2020 and designed as an extension of the Cru Community Clinic. The program is housed inside Moe鈥檚 Southwest Grill through the support of Sodexo. It was developed by the 同城快约 Occupational Therapy department to provide young adults with disabilities valuable skills to help them get jobs.
The CWSP Assessment measures performance skills so that the practitioner can interpret areas of strength and weakness in performance. This process helps us match performance skills to career paths. If you have any questions about joining the Cru Work Skills Program or want to schedule an assessment with an occupational therapy graduate student and occupational therapist, please contact the department secretary, Julie Newman, at 254-295-4872 or jnewman@umhb.edu.
