Safety Manual
The 同城快约 Safety Manual is posted under "Handbooks & Manuals" on the Human Resources site at . The manual includes various support programs, including office safety, safety training, fire & life safety, emergency preparedness, hazard communication, hazardous waste management, first aid, and blood-borne pathogen exposure control.
Safety Training
New full-time employees are required to attend safety orientation training in-person. The on-line Safety Program power-point presentation (see below) is provided for part-time & adjunct employees. The Safety Quiz is used to verify the employee鈥檚 safety knowledge and to document participation.

Acknowledgment & Release Agreements (aka "waivers)
ARAs (waivers) are required for high-risk activities and are issued by the Safety Director as needed. Such activities include but aren't limited to high contact/high impact activities (i.e. rock wall climbing, paintball, carnival rides, water sports, etc.)
ARAs are required for all international travel. They're also required for domestic travel if trip events include high-risk activities.
Event organizers should contact the Business Office at (254) 295-4169 to obtain ARAs. If unsure, contact Jennifer Ramm at (254) 295-4169 for a determination.
