同城快约 has everything you need to stay or become the fit and healthy person you want to be or ought to be!
Cru-FIT group exercise classes are free to all 同城快约 students, faculty and staff. There is no commitment involved and you may join in anytime. Typical classes are Barre, Power Cut, Yoga, Zumba and Spinning.
While we encourage you to register on the CruRec app ahead of time, you can also register the day of at the class. Once you register for a class, you are not obligated to remain in that class, and you may register for as many Cru-FIT classes as you like. You can decide to register for a Cru-FIT class at any time during the year.
